Continuing the relationship as Penske’s preferred integrator, AVSG was selected to design and install their audiovisual needs in the Auditorium. The auditorium was designed to work in a divisible room configuration with each half of the room having the ability to operate independently of the other or as one large room in combined mode. Each of the two divisible rooms contains the following:

  • 120”, electric, ceiling mounted screen and high resolution, high brightness, 4:3 aspect ratio, ceiling mounted projector.
  • Four (4) 60”, wall mounted plasma displays utilized for video overflow when the room is in combined mode. Two displays are mounted on either side of the room.
  • Six (6) PC VGA connections with audio
  • DVD, VCR, and Satellite receivers in each room: All composite video sources shall be scaled up to the highest possible video resolution to allow for the best possible image quality. All video shall be transmitted over CAT5/6 conversion processors.
  • One (1) ceiling mounted video camera
  • Fourteen (14) ceiling mounted microphones located throughout the room for use during audio conferences and room voice lift.
  • The system allows all for room lighting control.
  • Each room is independently controlled via its own 8”, color, wireless, touch panel. When in combined mode one panel is designated as the master overriding the other.
