AVSG has been retained to design and install the audiovisual systems for the facility. The systems include a large function room with two front projection displays on ceiling lifts and monitors for far site VTC on ceiling lifts. The room is capable of hosting presentations, video and teleconferences as a single large room or two separate rooms when required. Each room is equipped with individual control or can be controlled from the facilities master control room. The facility has thirteen classrooms with complete presentation system allowing the teacher to present a wide range of presentation materials. The distance learning classroom is equipped for presentation and distance learning applications, utilizing both front projection and plasma displays. The school gymnasium will have complete audiovisual facilities for athletic functions as well as assemblies and theatrical uses. The library has been designed with technology stations to allow students to search the web and to do research projects on the internal network. Each station will utilize plasma displays with speakers and have lap top and dedicated PC interfaces. The entire facilities AV system will be controllable from the Master control room or via HTML pages from the internet.
