Commercial Sales Professional
AVSG, a division of the High Fidelity House Group, is looking for a Commercial Sales Professional experienced in selling AV solutions to corporate, educational, and/or governmental clients to join our Broomall, PA office. The Sales Candidate must be highly motivated, self-disciplined and focused on getting results through the use of excellent communication and selling skills, along with a comprehensive knowledge of the products and the associated technology. “On-the-job” experience will provide an adequate base to succeed in this position. A minimum of five years experience in some part of the Audio/Visual industry is desired.
Job Description
The candidate should have the knowledge and experience to sell design-build and design-specified integrated audio/video systems, help manage the execution of projects, and will regularly:
- Establish and maintain long-term customer relationships
- Interact with industry consultants, architects and other contractors
- Interpret, define and negotiate contract terms
- Create pricing agreements for product sales.
- Create and maintain master estimates for design-build and design-specified projects
Computer/Technical Skills
Experience with the Microsoft Office suite, particularly Excel, is suggested but not required. Additional familiarity with AMX/Crestron/Extron/Polycom/Tandberg products is a plus. A working knowledge of fundamental electronics and electrical interfaces as applied to audio/visual systems devices is a practical necessity.
